Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to callers inquiring about workers compensation claims.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of company computer systems and software, including StrataWare, CompIQ, and Call Track. You will be expected to provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely responses to caller inquiries regarding workers compensation claims.
Utilize company software to manage calls, track interactions, and update records.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity while working independently or as part of a team.
Analyze and resolve complex issues related to workers compensation claims.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or business-related field.
Minimum of one year customer service experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two years experience in workers compensation or a related field.
Knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT/HCOC coding.
Experience working with Microsoft Windows-based software.
