This role plays a vital part in leading and coaching remote Virtual Assistants. The primary objective is to guide team members to reach their fullest potential while fostering a collaborative environment.
About the Role:- The Executive Team Supervisor oversees a team of Executive Assistants, ensuring each team member understands their goals and has the resources they need to succeed.
- Provides tailored coaching to VAs based on their experience and industry needs, regularly meeting with each VA to discuss performance, set objectives, and offer actionable feedback for growth.
- Manage a team of Executive Assistants, promoting a positive work culture.
- Offer personalized coaching to VAs, focusing on their strengths and weaknesses, and providing constructive feedback to improve their performance.
- Support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions, addressing diverse client needs, and adapting to new sectors as required.
- Set measurable performance goals, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement, conducting regular performance evaluations to ensure high standards are consistently met.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, resolving client concerns, mitigating risks, and implementing solutions to enhance overall team efficiency.
- Encourage VAs to share insights and identify areas for personal and professional development, developing initiatives that inspire ongoing learning and growth within the team.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or leaders in a large international corporation.
- Strong background in managing and coaching remote teams, with a proven ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Broad understanding of various industries and an aptitude for quickly learning new fields to provide guidance to a diverse client base.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.
- Experience with remote work tools and platforms, and managing teams across different time zones.
- Availability to participate in in-person meetings with the core team 2-3 times a week.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving team processes.
- Professional microphone headset or functional computer microphone equivalent.
- Fast, responsive computer.
- Clean and professional background/audio environment for video calls with customers.
