  • Ensure projects remain within scope.
  • Regularly report project progress to clients.
  • Maintain project timelines within approved schedules.
  • Proactively suggest ways for clients to improve their online presence using industry best practices.
  • Design homepages, inner pages, and custom requests in collaboration with clients.
  • Develop aesthetically pleasing, functional, and user-friendly designs.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Track web project issues and drive their resolution.
  • Create project status reports and deliver updates to clients and managers.
  • Coordinate with the Los Angeles office via phone and email.
