We are seeking a skilled Business Operations professional to support our administrative, operations, and team coordination tasks within a hybrid environment.

About the Job
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or team support role—ideally within a financial or investment environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain fund return and fee data across internal systems and dashboards; generate trend and performance reports as needed.
  • Support marketing and investor activities by creating and formatting content that follows brand guidelines and supports automation.
  • Keep client data up-to-date in CRM systems and support sales tracking, review schedules, and workflow requests.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and team support, including meeting coordination, scheduling, documentation updates, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and in a remote team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with tools for data management, reporting, and communication.
