As a skilled professional, you will play a vital role in supporting key financial functions across accounts payable, banking, and cash reconciliation.

About the Role:
  • This position is responsible for managing the final stage of invoice processing, ensuring accurate coding of Cost of Goods Sold and timely posting of invoices.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with venue leaders to maintain consistent workflows and reduce end-of-month bottlenecks.

You will perform rigorous daily bank reconciliations using Microsoft Business Central and ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions, maintaining strict compliance with internal controls and reconciliation standards.

This role involves regular interaction with venue teams and requires a high level of maturity, reliability, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable Oversight:
    • Manage the final stage of invoice processing for venue teams.
    • Collaborate with venue leaders to maintain consistent workflows.
  • Daily Banking:
    • Perform daily bank reconciliations using Microsoft Business Central.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions.
  • Cash Reconciliation:
    • Monitor and validate daily cash schedules from venues.
    • Ensure EON reports are completed accurately.
  • Ad Hoc Financial Tasks:
    • Support various finance-related tasks as needed.
    • Provide recommendations for process improvements.

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and solid understanding of accounting principles are required. Experience with ERP systems is also preferred.
