Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Role Overview:

E-commerce operations specialists play a crucial role in maximizing product visibility across all sales channels, ensuring seamless customer experiences. By leveraging AI tools and advanced digital marketing strategies, they drive business growth and enhance brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other platforms using AI tools to enhance product positioning and performance.
  • Implement and refine SEO strategies using both traditional and AI-powered methods to improve keyword ranking and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using AI-based SEO tools to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Analyze website data and marketplace trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize product offerings.
  • Perform ongoing SEO audits of our website, including meta content updates, to ensure compliance with the latest algorithmic requirements.
  • Maintain and grow marketplace operations, including inventory updates, shipping compliance, and promotional planning to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor and report on site traffic, keyword performance, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and track marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, GA4, and Looker Studio to measure ROI and inform future initiatives.
  • Manage digital assets, including visuals and SEO-compliant descriptions, to ensure a cohesive brand image.
  • Ensure platform listings are visually appealing and aligned with the latest algorithmic requirements to drive sales and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, including listing optimization and SEO strategy development.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered SEO tools and digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS, with the ability to create engaging visual content.
