Compliance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a sharp, solutions-driven professional to manage compliance-related inquiries submitted by our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Ticket & Case Management: Monitor and manage tickets; engage with employees to assess inquiries by asking clarifying questions.
- Compliance Triage & Escalation: Evaluate the nature of each issue and determine the appropriate course of action; route and escalate cases to relevant departments with documentation and context.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to validate information and seek subject-matter input; support continuous process improvement by sharing insights from case trends.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in HR operations, compliance support, or case management; familiarity with U.S. or Canadian compliance topics; strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven critical thinker with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
Requirements- Must-Have Skills & Experience: 3+ years in HR operations, compliance support, or case management; familiarity with U.S. or Canadian compliance topics.
- Preferred: Experience supporting teams from an offshore/remote environment; comfortable collaborating across time zones.
This role requires someone who can balance independence with collaboration and is comfortable navigating complex compliance issues. The successful candidate will serve as the liaison between employees and relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
