
Senior Learning Innovation Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Learning Innovator to spearhead our training initiatives.
Job Responsibilities- Analyze and design curricula for sustained business growth, leveraging blended learning strategies.
- Cultivate a high-performing team by providing coaching, motivation, and support in achieving targets and goals.
- Negotiate with external clients to align on training needs and results, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual understanding.
- Report to Senior Manager, Learning & Development, and contribute to a global operation as part of a world-class team.
- Oversee the development and deployment of evidence-based, learner-centric, scalable, and data-driven technologies within the Learning Science, Innovation, and Technology (LSIT) Center of Excellence.
- Translate innovative ideas into repeatable, documented, and well-governed solutions across four key pillars: Process Governance; Documentation Factory; Learning Tech Requests & Support Intake; Dashboards & Insights.
- Review, document, and update technical documentation for customer-facing training tools and applications, serving as a liaison between Learning Innovation and Technology teams.
- Manage the intake process to track learning technology access requests, troubleshooting, and product support, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Create engaging content, such as sizzle reels, job aids, infographics, and FAQ guides, to facilitate demos, workshops, and educational sessions on learning innovation and technology.
- Bachelor's degree with a strong background in technology and technical writing.
- Advanced internet skills and computer knowledge.
- Experience in project and process management, especially agile approaches (e.g., scrum and/or rapid prototyping).
- Proficiency in advanced office skills (especially Excel) and PowerBI.
- 4+ years of experience in creating technical documentation and user content leveraging multimedia and graphic design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with advanced English proficiency (CEFR: C1) for offshore locations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence and work with stakeholders from various departments.
- Innovative and proactive approach, with a self-starter mentality and goal-oriented attitude.
