Training Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Training and Development Professional to lead our new hire onboarding program, driving operational excellence through continuous learning.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to create and deliver effective training sessions, enhancing team productivity and elevating the client experience.

This role involves designing, delivering, and improving comprehensive training programs, including advanced training for leadership roles and communication skills. Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills are essential for success in this position.

Key responsibilities include providing real-time feedback, personalized coaching, and technical support to employees, as well as facilitating exit processes for those not completing onboarding.

To excel in this role, you will need at least 2 years of training experience in a related field and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace suitable for virtual training.
