Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue commercial business activities for rebates and incentives in collaboration with the solution sales team.
- Drive negotiations with Tier 2 to Tier 4 partners, reviewing agreement documents with the Contract Manager and Legal team.
- Work with Contract Manager and Legal to review agreements and secure eventual agreement with partners.
- Develop mitigation strategies with guidance from the Contract Manager.
- Lead negotiations with partners on program and agreement conditions.
- Plan and budget for GTM events in collaboration with partners and CSUs.
- Organize presales training for SS/Solution Office and partner/CSU teams.
- Identify required training and certifications for meeting partner tiering requirements and customer tender needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master Degree in Business or related field.
- At least 5+ years of related experience.
- Experience in account management, procurement, budgeting, business development, and business performance management is highly desired.
