Job Overview

Manage a team of professionals and oversee the delivery of Accounts Payable and Payments processes. Develop tactical plans to drive operational efficiency and align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a team of Payment Processing experts
  • Conduct daily operations, ensuring compliance and meeting SLAs
  • Drive continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency
  • Nurture strong relationships with key business partners and peers
  • Manage day-to-day operations for outsourced invoice processing providers
  • Engage with market and sector stakeholders for feedback and improvement areas
Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in Procurement, Finance, or relevant fields

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills
  • Learning agility and openness to change
  • SAP ERP experience, particularly MM and FI modules

Preferred Skills:

  • Good understanding of Payments processes and Invoice Processing operations
  • Shared services industry experience
  • People management experience (20+ resources)
Additional Requirements:

Fluency in English is required; fluency in another language is an advantage

Up to 5% domestic and international travel may be required
