We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate in Manila, Philippines.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and meeting our service standards.
A typical day will involve handling between 75 to 100 customer calls, resolving questions and issues, and developing a deep understanding of our insurance products and services.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line customer service via phone.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet service standards.
- Field between 75 to 100 customer calls daily.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Develop knowledge of insurance products and services.
Requirements:
- 1+ year office experience.
- 1+ year Windows PC experience.
- 6+ months detail-oriented experience.
- 6+ months effective communication experience.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
