We're seeking a Clinical Support Associate to join our team and work alongside doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to provide medical support to patients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare, possess strong communication skills, and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role (What You'll Be Doing)

This role involves working closely with our clinical team to triage, assess, and support patients through their treatment. You will be responsible for evaluating the severity of patients' medical side effects and enquiries, providing appropriate assistance and information, and escalating where necessary.

You will also be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate responses to patients, maintaining patient safety, and initiating communication based on tracker information. Additionally, you will share patient insights with our clinical services team and wider business, including sharing patient feedback and suggestions for improvement.

About You (Who You Are)
  • A Doctor of Medicine, Registered Pharmacist, or Registered Nurse with 2+ years post-registration experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a patient-friendly manner via email.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating effectively with team members, and adept at handling frequent interruptions and adapting to changes in workload and schedule.
  • Task-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring adherence to processes with precision.
  • You are willing to work a late mid-shift schedule between 2 PM - 1 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM Manila time, with no fixed weekend off.
  • Experience in triaging in a clinic or emergency setting.
  • Previous work experience in tele-health.
  • Passion for weight loss, skincare, sexual health, or fertility.
