What You'll Do Everyday
  • Create Lasting Impressions: Represent us with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they engage with us.
  • Handle Client Calls with Care: Manage incoming calls from prospective clients, answering their questions with clarity, providing guidance, and scheduling consultations with our attorneys.
  • Own the Client Journey: Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience for our clients.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required.
