Accounting Associate

A key member of the accounting team, this role is responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Prepare and review financial reports and statements
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
- Support special projects as assigned by management
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities
- Record and categorize transactions in Yardi
- Reconcile corporate credit card activity and ensure accurate expense tracking
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable activity across properties and entities
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Prior experience in real estate or corporate multi-entity environments a plus
- Experience with Yardi strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
