Lead Software Engineer

As a Lead Software Engineer at our organization, you will be responsible for guiding development teams and collaborating with clients to translate complex business requirements into impactful applications.

  • Provide technical leadership to your team.
  • Take ownership of project delivery.
  • Identify and resolve potential blockers before they become issues.
  • Ensure best practices in software development are upheld within the team.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their requirements.

You will also be responsible for shaping architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability. Additionally, you will provide updates to stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project status and drive good decision-making.

What We Are Looking For
  • A proven track record of experience in software engineering as either a Senior Engineer leading projects or as a Technical Lead.
  • Experience working directly with clients to understand technical requirements.
  • Experience leading software engineering teams through technical delivery.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, best practices, and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in version control tools (Git).
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud technologies.
  • Empathy and strong people skills.
