Job Title: Australian Payroll Analyst

A key role in our organization involves managing payroll operations for Australia and New Zealand entities.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll services while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless processes and efficient resolution of queries received through our ticketing tool or via email.

This position plays a pivotal role in fostering positive employee experiences by providing accurate, timely, and courteous support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation, reconciliation, filing/lodgment, and payment of PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, IRD, Kiwi saver, and all statutory requirements for both Australia and New Zealand.
  • Maintain compliance with government regulations and legislation.
  • Conduct thorough audits of all payroll records to guarantee accuracy and adherence to policies.
  • Stay abreast of taxation laws and their implications on salaries, benefits, and other factors.
  • Address payroll discrepancies/queries by collecting and analyzing relevant information.
  • Support process improvement initiatives within our payroll team.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in AUS payroll.
  • Proven expertise in payroll processing and wage attachment.
  • Knowledge of Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll, and general ledger systems.
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in working with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
