We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

This role is responsible for managing overdue accounts, communicating with customers, and working closely with the Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound collection calls daily
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions
  • Ensuring timely collection of payments
  • Identifying reasons for account delinquency and collaborating with management
  • Working with collection agencies to resolve outstanding accounts
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Basic understanding of finance or entry-level finance knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
