Job Title: Executive Team Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Executive Team Supervisor. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting Virtual Assistants in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Executive Assistants, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
  • Coach and develop VAs based on their experience and industry needs, ensuring they have the resources to succeed.
  • Leverage your knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions and adapting to new sectors as required.
  • Set measurable performance goals and track team progress, identifying areas for improvement and conducting regular evaluations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, resolving client concerns and implementing solutions to improve team efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or leaders in a large international corporation.
  • Strong background in managing and coaching remote teams with a proven ability to guide and motivate team members.
  • Broad understanding of various industries and aptitude for quickly learning new fields to provide guidance to a diverse client base.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback.
  • Experience with remote work tools and platforms, and managing teams across different time zones.
