**Job Title:** Marketing Manager

The job entails overseeing the marketing function for a diverse portfolio of restaurant brands across multiple states. To achieve this, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the in-house NYC marketing team.

This position requires an individual who can adapt their marketing voice and messaging to fit each brand's unique style. The selected candidate must possess strong tactical marketing execution skills with a creative and strategic mindset.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting multi-location hospitality or restaurant or hotel brands. They should be able to propose and leverage A.I. tools for marketing and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute tactical marketing initiatives and collaborate proactively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or similar.
  • Maintain and update reservation platform profiles across brands, monitor reservation data, and generate actionable reports.
  • Support CRM data management and segmentation, and assist with CRM implementation.
  • Monitor and maintain the company's online reputation on Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and other relevant platforms.
