About The Role

This role focuses on delivering data extraction and custom report building services to our premium clients. You'll be collaborating with our broader Customer Success organization to ensure our users efficiently receive mission-critical data at scale.


Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Managed Services team to own end deliverables of projects for managed clients and guarantee client expectations are met.
  • Develop expertise in automation workflows, data extraction, and customization using our robots.
  • Leverage Regex, XPath, and JQ for data scraping, manipulation, and formatting.
  • Utilize automation tools like Zapier and N8N to process data and create end-to-end workflows for data extraction, integration, and delivery.
  • Perform extensive quality assurance testing to ensure robots function properly prior to client delivery.

Requirements
  • At least two years of experience with HTML or another programming language.
  • Experience with JavaScript and JQ.
  • High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with multiple ongoing deadlines.

PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience with Regex and XPath.
  • Prior experience with web scraping tools.
  • Previous front-end web development experience.
  • Experience with Linear or other project management software.
