Job Summary

We are seeking an analytical professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing financial data, and preparing presentations for senior management.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and experience with financial modeling.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct competitive market analysis using company and syndicated data to assess pricing impacts on market share and performance.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical reports.
  • Extract and analyze financial data using SQL for custom reporting.
  • Prepare presentations for monthly sales meetings and validate data accuracy.
  • Develop departmental procedures and performance metrics.
  • Forecast and analyze sales, financial trends, and general business conditions.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, research findings, and recommendations for management.
  • Conduct special financial and business studies as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including business analytics and financial modeling.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with ability to connect to external data sources.
  • Experience in SQL for data extraction from enterprise databases.
  • Knowledge of pricing and revenue management concepts for consumer goods.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information

This is a contract position working on a fixed night shift schedule. The ideal candidate should be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa once work-from-home arrangements resume.
