Job Description:

The Data and Systems Analyst plays a critical role in driving informed decision-making across organizations. This position is responsible for extracting, auditing, analyzing, and reporting data from multiple internal systems including the electronic medical record (EMR), customer relationship management (CRM) software, survey tools, and outcome tracking platforms.

This is a full-time, 100% remote role.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Data Integration and Customization: Manage and coordinate integration, updates, and other software system customization needs. Serve as the primary point of contact when an update to a form, field, or process is identified by the team and requires a work order ticket or coordination with a third party to update/improve the EMR and CRM.
  2. Data Analysis: Analyze data from multiple sources including EMR, CRM, internal surveys, and post-treatment follow-up platforms.
  3. Clinical Documentation Audit: Conduct regular audits of client charts to ensure that all expected, trackable data points (e.g., screenings, scores, authorizations, outcome tools) are present and complete.
  4. Data Rectification: Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent data across platforms or within client records. Proactively follow up with appropriate staff or departments to rectify missing or incomplete data and ensure compliance with documentation expectations.
