Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Client security system monitoring and management, including endpoint protection, email security, log aggregation, network security, identity threat protection, dark web protection, data loss prevention, and vulnerability scanners.
  • Security incident response and management, including incident investigations, malware detections, and zero-day vulnerabilities.
  • Evolving security threats monitoring and detailed analysis for security communication with clients.
  • Clients' specific security needs understanding and recommendations for improving security posture and adhering to compliance standards.
  • Security solution implementation and maintenance assistance.
  • Security maturity and posture assessments against client environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least five years of experience in security analysis and management in an MSP environment.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Security: Office365, Azure, AWS.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Email Security Solutions.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Network Security devices and platforms.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Vulnerability Management.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Compliance, Incident Management and Reporting.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise cybersecurity policies and standards.
  • Vendor management and solution alignment experience.
  • Exceptional documentation skills and report generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze security breaches and trace sources of attacks.
  • Experience working with highly regulated industries such as healthcare and financial services.
  • Familiarity with SOC compliance standards and experience with SOC compliance assessments.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other related certifications are preferred.
