Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Operations Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategic restaurant accounts in Asia, ensuring client retention and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include building relationships, providing training, conducting business reviews, resolving issues, gathering feedback for product improvements, and devising account strategies.

This role is ideal for a strong communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in administrative support, able to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating a customized list of restaurants and hotels based on research
  • Building customer profiles in our main CRM system
  • Designing promotions within our customer tool using templates
  • Generating reports within reporting tools and sending them directly to external customers
  • Auditing customer accounts based on own research
  • Ensuring instructions are challenged and updated across various teams
  • Developing templates across various tools as per instructions
About You:
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Monday.com) and navigation apps (Apple/Google Maps)
  • Adaptability and accountability
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Prior experience in quality assurance is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google suite
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the restaurant industry (in an administrative capacity) is a plus
  • Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in Jira/Trello, Monday.com, Apple Maps
