Key Role: Short-Form Content Creator

We are seeking a skilled and creative Short-Form Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in video editing tools, social media management, and content creation.

About the Job

This is a part-time role with potential for full-time transition, requiring 15 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging short-form videos using raw footage from Google Drive. The videos will be optimized for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, showcasing the brand's values and connecting with the community.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the founder to ensure that all content meets the required standards. This includes staying updated on trends, collaborating on approvals, and taking constructive feedback well.

Responsibilities
  1. Edit 4–5 short-form videos (20 seconds each) weekly using raw footage from Google Drive, applying basic edits like captions, transitions, and light branding.
  2. Design simple, on-brand graphics maintaining a natural, authentic visual style across all content.
  3. Write engaging captions, schedule posts for peak engagement, and publish to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  4. Collaborate closely with the founder for approvals, take creative feedback well, and make necessary revisions.
Requirements
  • Skilled in video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
  • Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts.
  • Strong eye for visuals and storytelling through video.
  • Able to create content matching brand tone for kids to young adults.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and good at managing time independently.
  • Portfolio with relevant short-form video and social media examples.
Nice to Have
  • Understanding of youth trends and content.
  • Creative and able to work with little supervision.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe, or other editing tools.
