Short-Form Video Assistant

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. As a Short-Form Video Assistant, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging video content that resonates with our audience.

Your primary responsibility will be to edit short-form videos for various social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will work closely with our creative and growth teams to bring concepts and ideas to life, ensuring that our brand messaging and goals are aligned.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual composition. Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms is essential. Additionally, you should have experience working independently, meeting deadlines, and handling feedback with a growth mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience editing short-form video content for digital platforms.
  • A portfolio or reel that showcases your creativity, pacing, and eye for viral trends.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
  • Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual composition.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle feedback with a growth mindset.
  • Bonus points for experience in eCommerce, UGC-style editing, or direct-response marketing.
