Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our customers via live chat and tickets. You will troubleshoot technical issues, simplify complex problems, and contribute to projects that enhance the customer experience.

You will also be working with our Kodee AI Assistant to deliver smarter, more intuitive support. To achieve this, you will need to stay up-to-date with Hostinger product updates, services, features, and the latest web hosting technologies.

Requirements
  • You must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English (C1 or native). Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments is essential, ideally through live chat, with a track record of delivering exceptional solutions.
  • You should have a good understanding of web hosting fundamental concepts, such as domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting.
