Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the finance and accounting department, responsible for management accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in planning and directing financial activities, including cost accounting, to support risk assessment, budgeting, and service cost planning.
  • Overseeing the preparation of financial performance reports for executives and department heads.
  • Supervising day-to-day revenue management operations, including client costing, charge creation and uploading, and other transactions.
  • Providing insights to support long-term and short-term decision-making.
  • Preparing financial data and generating weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • Coordinating with internal clients to meet deadlines.
  • Analyzing discrepancies in financial reports and implementing resolutions.
  • Assisting department heads and managers in budget preparation and expense management.
Requirements

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, along with 1-2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.

Preferred qualifications include CPA certification and familiarity with accounting software.
