Lead Business Data Analyst

Transforming complex data into actionable insights to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

About the Role

As a Lead Business Data Analyst, you will be pivotal in driving business outcomes by leveraging data insights. This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and ERP management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance, inventory health, and operational KPIs. Deliver reporting packages to stakeholders, building new reports and data solutions to support evolving business needs.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze datasets, exploring and applying AI-powered tools to expedite analysis and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • ERP Management & Optimizations: Manage and optimize ERP integrations, ensuring APIs are connected and functioning correctly, troubleshooting as needed. Query, audit, and optimize ERP integrations to minimize manual processes and improve data accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in consumer products or retail.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Fulfill.io preferred, but not required).
  • Proven ability to manage integrations and API connections.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools for forecasting and data automation is a strong plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
