Business Intelligence Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth through data-driven insights and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

About the Job

You will play a key role in measuring and analyzing user behavior, informing decisions about future product directions, and contributing to a data-driven team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define KPIs and measurement plans, creating reports and dashboards that drive business insights.
  • Collaborate with Engineers to develop measurement specifications for new features.
  • Participate in agile product development teams, engaging in standups, brainstorming sessions, planning, and backlog refinements.
  • Plan and analyze A/B testing to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Required Skills:
  • Over 3 years of experience in digital analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including data exports and SELECT statements.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, including averages, means, quantiles, and correlations.
  • Excellent skills in Excel or Google Sheets, collecting and analyzing data to generate business insights.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
