Key Responsibilities- Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage calendars, send reminders, and facilitate internal coordination
- Organize digital assets using Google Drive or Notion
- Support email communication, data entry, and research tasks
- Compose internal updates and messages
- Format and publish content
- Design visual materials using Canva or Figma
- Maintain social media inboxes
- Project Management
- Update trackers and checklists to ensure project timelines are met
- Support recurring tasks like newsletter formatting and light reporting
- Help streamline systems to improve efficiency
- Experience
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a virtual assistant, administrative, or coordinator role
- Skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple small tasks across a week
- Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Canva, and Zoom
- Availability
- Able to work during some overlap with U.S. time zones (preferred)
- Education & Training
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite
- Experience with basic graphic design, research, or customer support
- Interested in long-term growth and learning more about content, marketing, or ops
