We are seeking an experienced and skilled Professional to join our team as a Senior Administrative Support Specialist.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to senior-level executives and management teams, ensuring seamless business operations and excellent communication with stakeholders.
- Oversee the management of business listings across various platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business sellers through professional calls and emails, driving sales growth and revenue generation.
- Produce high-quality correspondence, reports, and presentations that meet the highest standards of English grammar and tone.
- Provide administrative and executive support tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and special projects.
- Manage Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Streamline Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations, to minimize delays and optimize cash flow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, supporting bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Prepare and present reports, maintain organized documentation, and ensure deadlines are met with precision.
- Collaborate closely with team members and management to achieve business objectives and ensure smooth operations.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role or as an Executive Assistant, with a proven track record of success.
- Previous experience in an accounting firm is highly desirable, offering valuable insights into financial processes and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, with the ability to analyze and improve existing systems.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and business listing platforms, with a keen eye for detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in other productivity tools.
