Job Title:

Taxation Expert

Our team is part of our integrated tax practice and links closely into our range of taxation services.

Your key responsibilities will be managing day-to-day client engagements. The client work may include preparing information and validating data required to prepare income tax returns, transfer pricing returns, tax accounting calculations and indirect tax returns for clients.

Key activities of the role:

  • Assist in preparing income tax returns, transfer pricing returns and indirect tax returns using transformed compliance processes.
  • Work with teams to champion and roll out processes across our existing client base.
  • Assist with tax accounting processes for clients.
  • Collect and validate data for use in income tax compliance, transfer pricing compliance and indirect taxes compliance.
  • Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships both internally within the network and externally with clients.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn tax compliance work including an ability to discuss the compliance processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to new processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to converse in English.
  • A curious mind and openness to new ways of doing things.
  • Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Available to work in McKinley West.
  • CPA certification is required.
