Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive reliable and timely transportation services. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) industry and be proficient in utilizing their expertise to confidently communicate services, procedures, and best practices.

The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for making outbound calls to schedule transportation appointments while addressing and overcoming objections effectively. They will also provide outstanding service to clients by listening actively, building rapport, and ensuring satisfaction. Additionally, they will maintain professionalism with excellent telephone etiquette and a clear, fluent command of the English language.
