Job Title: Senior Business Systems AnalystAbout the Role

This position plays a key part in our team, ensuring seamless system administration and support.

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee NetSuite setup, maintenance, and integration. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration & Support
    • As the subject matter expert, provide day-to-day support to Finance and business users, resolving system issues promptly.
    • Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Process Optimization & Automation
    • Analyze business processes across Finance, Accounting, and related functions.
    • Recommend and implement system improvements, automation, and integrations to reduce manual effort.
  • Implementation & Projects
    • Support system upgrades, module implementations, and third-party integrations (e.g., CRM, billing platforms, payment gateways).
  • Data Management & Reporting
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data across NetSuite and integrated systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite administration and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes (GL, AR, AP, billing, revenue recognition).
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBilling and system integrations preferred.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
