Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying enterprise-grade network solutions.

This role requires a strong understanding of advanced routing protocols, firewall policy creation, and threat prevention in Fortinet platforms. You will also be working closely with clients and internal teams to understand network requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering or consulting roles and hold relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced routing protocols across complex topologies.
  • Plan and deploy network solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand network needs.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues involving routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and designs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering or consulting roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with advanced routing protocols, firewall policy creation, and threat prevention in Fortinet platforms.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification.
  • Familiarity with high availability concepts, failover, and redundancy.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fortinet NSE4/FCP or higher certification.
  • Experience with SD-WAN, network automation tools, or cloud networking.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service delivery frameworks.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote work available.
  • Part-time position with potential to transition to full-time role.
  • 8 AM - 12 PM EST schedule.
