We are seeking a results-driven leader to spearhead nationwide growth initiatives in logistics and freight solutions.

About the Role:

This role will be instrumental in shaping our company's presence across the country, driving revenue performance, and strengthening relationships that support long-term competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure large-scale transport and logistics projects with a focus on government programs and institutional contracts.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with top freight forwarders and shipping companies to expand commercial reach.
  • Develop strategies to broaden market coverage across inter-island shipping routes, ports, and logistics hubs nationwide.
  • Oversee compliance with public sector procurement policies and ensure contract obligations are delivered with excellence.
  • Represent us in high-level negotiations, presentations, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Provide leadership in crafting business development plans, setting revenue targets, and monitoring performance outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Public Administration, or related field; advanced studies (MBA or equivalent) highly preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain, including 5 years in a senior commercial or business development capacity.
  • Proven success in securing and managing government-related transport projects or forging alliances with large-scale forwarding firms.
  • Familiarity with port operations, inter-island shipping dynamics, and logistics frameworks.
  • Knowledge of government bidding processes, procurement protocols, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively nationwide to pursue new opportunities and oversee project execution.
