Job Title: Assistant Head of Engineering

This is a leadership role that oversees engineering projects and personnel.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, along with relevant industry experience.

  • Excellent communication skills are necessary to interact with Developers, Owners, and Contractors.
  • Able to read and understand engineering drawings.

The selected individual will be responsible for learning and developing competence in our products and technology.

They must possess knowledge of the construction industry and competitors' products.

This role involves developing and executing sales plans, prospecting, and providing technical presentations.

The individual will also be responsible for training distributors, conducting on-site product demonstrations, and maintaining accurate records.

Other responsibilities include providing regular sales forecasts, recommending alternate methods for promotion, and assisting colleagues in achieving their work output levels.

Success in this position will depend on the ability to learn and develop all abilities required for the job.

Maintaining optimum level of competence in selling ability and skills is essential.

Developing and executing sales plans and tactics that ensure optimum value for long-term customers is crucial.

Prospecting, creating, developing, and maintaining personal customer relationships is vital.

Regularly achieving increasing personal level of sales above target levels is expected.

Training, developing, assisting, and supervising any personnel assigned to you is a key responsibility.

Attending and participating in conventions, seminars, trade shows, etc., pertaining to the concrete and construction industry is necessary.

Creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and timely compiling and delivering reports as required is important.

Maintaining a positive perception and image of the company in the eyes of the industry and public is critical through your own actions and those responsible to you.

Assisting colleagues in achieving their optimum work and tasks output levels is essential.
