  • Expected salary: ₱25,000 per month

1. Attends to the preparation of bid proposals in coordination with Project Managers, its presentation to Top Management for assessment and approval and the timely submission of the bit proposal as prescribed in the Terms of Reference (TOR) and/or Scope of Work (SOW) or any other reference materials.

2. Coordinates with the Business Development Officer for the compilation of the reports and documents needed, including the appropriate signatures of relevant signing officers in relation to the timely submission of Bid proposals.

3. Conducts a regular assessment report of all ongoing business development initiatives in coordination with the Project Managers and submits a report to the regular monthly meetings of the Senior Management Team every first Monday of the month.

4. Supports the immediate superior in the renewal of government licenses and the PCAB license in coordination with the Business Development Officer.

5. Supports the Project Managers for logistical or summary reports needed to complete ocular site assessments, as needed, including to seek the necessary support from other manpower support available in the office in close coordination with relevant department heads.

6. Work closely with the Business Development Officer to ensure that the company's central files necessary for bid submission and the project closure reports are complete and up-to-date.

7. Exercise a sound business sense in all its.

8. Supports the ISO initiatives and adopts the continual improvement mindset to always look for opportunities for improvement and change obsolete processes and/or innovate for the best interest of the company.

9. Keeps-up-to-date the company's central files on project closure reports.

10. Performs other functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
