Job Title: Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist

Role Overview

This position involves managing customer interactions, processing orders, and maintaining accurate data entry within a large retail marketplace.

  • Respond to inquiries, resolve order issues, process refunds, and provide excellent support via chat, email, and phone.
  • Enter, update, and verify orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain stock accuracy, update inventory levels, and synchronize data across platforms.
  • Process return requests, coordinate replacements, and handle refund transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate entry of order details, customer information, and financial transactions into the seller account.
  • Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track account performance, report discrepancies, and optimize workflows.
  • Assist with operations on various eCommerce platforms.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar roles or eCommerce order processing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Excellent customer service skills with experience in chat, email, and phone support.
    • Knowledge of inventory management and order tracking systems.
    • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets for tracking sales and reports.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Problem-solving mindset to handle complaints and order discrepancies.
