Job Description

As a Staff Coordinator at Topsource Labor Service Cooperative, you will be responsible for conducting orientations to newly hired employees, discussing industry assignments and client processes. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

You will monitor employee attendance and punctuality, ensuring they work under current job descriptions and classifications. Direct coordination with clients involves providing weekly or monthly updates on sales, attendance summaries, and business reviews.

Assisting clients in scheduling product orientations, office meetings, and general assemblies is also a key responsibility. You will collaborate with clients to meet their needs regarding employee deployment and monitoring.

Performance evaluations for employees will be conducted in coordination with clients and their recommendations based on key performance indicators (KPI). Discussions will be held with employees as acknowledgment of these evaluations.

This role also requires attending to client calls with urgency, such as reporting incidents, background checks, and providing assistance for erring employees due to grave offenses.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from any 4-year course
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the same field
  • Willingness to travel
