About the role
Little Children's School of Manila (LCSM), Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administration Staff to join our team. This full-time role is based in our Sampaloc, Manila City campus and will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our school.
What you'll be doing
- Handling general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Providing administrative support to school leadership and teaching staff
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Liaising with parents, students, and other stakeholders as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and school databases
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Graduate of Business Administration, Office Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- A team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
