This position focuses on ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and leveraging skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks for multiple properties using AppFolio.
  • Analyze financial reports and statements to inform business decisions.
  • Process accounts payable/receivable and handle tenant billing efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records for tenants and owners.
  • Support budget preparation and forecasting efforts by providing timely data.
  • Stay updated with tax laws and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize AppFolio effectively for efficient bookkeeping and reporting.
