Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute processes and controls to achieve competitive pricing and service level requirements against market practice and standards.
  • Conduct studies and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing, features, and benefits.
  • Track and manage workflow and implementation of business partner contracts aligns with the agreed service level agreement.
  • Maintain data bank for contracts to ensure on-time contract review, tactical programs launch, target amendments and contract renewals/termination align with the business strategy.
  • Provide periodic SLA review, performance status of the vendor and agreed key result areas through reporting and cadences with identified internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support in driving operational efficiencies through implementation of agreed controls and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including legal, for contract clarity and interpretation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on programs, partnerships, and service level agreements including commercial terms and service level.
  • Support audits with necessary documentation and information.
  • Collaborate across functions to resolve identified issues and function as bridge between operation and service partners in resolving challenges.
