Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships between agency supervisors, coordinators and key store personnel ensuring effective training and development.
  • Evaluate and improve training programs for key agency personnel identifying areas of growth and opportunities.
  • Build bonds with key store personnel through regular visits strengthening relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Optimize merchandiser deployment creating efficient workflows to maximize productivity and output.
  • Ensure seamless execution of promotions and sales programs resolving in-store concerns promptly.
Maintaining Merchandising Standards
  • Implement national in-store merchandising guidelines and manage point-of-purchase displays to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop out-of-home merchandising strategies to reach a wider audience.
Process Improvement and Administrative Tasks
  • Identify operational improvements in availability visibility and promotion execution suggesting data-driven solutions.
  • Establish business continuity plans for area coordinators to ensure productivity during store visits.
  • Analyze data to inform the development of new processes improving availability visibility and promo execution.
  • Manage record-keeping systems complete reports and submit required documents on time.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Possess a strong passion for learning and career growth with relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Strong business acumen and computational skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and ability to work in the field travel to assigned locations.
