Digital Marketing Expert Role

Cyber technology solutions for warehouse operations require a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts.


About The Job

This key position is responsible for all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including lead generation, market research, and collaborating with the business to optimize digital strategies. Working directly with customers, this role will deliver results by creating online content, managing social media platforms, developing newsletters, and executing marketing campaigns. Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be monitored, analyzed, and reported on weekly and monthly bases with action plans suggested and implemented to improve KPIs.


Responsibilities
  • Create engaging online content such as blogs, press releases, e-books, whitepapers, and website content.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain company social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Design and execute newsletter campaigns.
  • Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns including email, PPC, retargeting, direct mail, and other mediums.
  • Track, analyze, and report on job-related KPIs, suggest improvements, and implement action plans.
  • Meet with clients to discuss marketing performance, resolve issues, and develop solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality drafts and finished projects within specified timelines.
  • Create marketing collateral content including brochures, proposals, quotes, presentations, and other materials.
  • Collaborate in the creation of marketing plans, product positioning, campaign strategies, and providing insights.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing for 2-4 years.
  • Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work from 8am to 5pm EST.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, growing professional environment.
  • Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
