Cryptocurrency Operations and Support Role

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to oversee operational, marketing, and customer support tasks for a rapidly growing cryptocurrency exchange. The ideal candidate will have experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain and excellent written communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging posts on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Telegram to foster community interaction and promote the exchange.
  2. Paid Advertising: Assist with booking and optimizing digital ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, and crypto networks.
  3. Help Desk Support: Provide expert customer support via email, chat, and social media channels.
  4. Software Testing: Participate in user testing, report bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
  6. General Operations: Support administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi preferred.
  • Excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media.
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for crypto and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with customer support platforms such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
