As a Business Growth Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting skilled professionals with high-growth U.S.-based companies across the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for making outbound calls, sending texts, and following up via email using CRM systems and other sales tools to qualify leads and book appointments based on specific criteria provided by clients.

  • Educate prospects about services offered and confidently handle objections to drive business growth.

  • Log all activity and update records accurately in CRM systems to ensure seamless communication and data management.

  • Work closely with assigned client teams to improve messaging and lead quality, meeting and exceeding KPIs for calls made, leads qualified, and appointments booked.

Requirements
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing (remote experience a plus).

  • Confident and clear phone presence—you're not afraid to pick up the phone and own the call.

  • Comfortable using CRMs, dialers, and other communication tools.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable.
