Overview

A Collections Customer Service Representative proactively contacts customers with overdue debts to negotiate repayment plans and facilitate debt recovery while maintaining professional and respectful customer interactions.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:
  • Fully review account details and gather data to understand the customer's situation and negotiate the optimal solution for both the Company and the customer.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support by balancing high quality customer experience with effective collection techniques.
  • Protect the Company's revenue by collecting funds in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:
  • Atleast 18 years old and above.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule.
  • Willing to work in Naga, CamSur
  • At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum)
  • Advance computer knowledge
  • Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer
  • Strong and Outstanding interpersonal skills
